Usually, all charges made for purchases are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are issued for partially used periods.
Before making a refund request, we remind you, that no refunds are allowed for purchases of credit and/or messages packages.

If you feel that there have been technical problems and you want to make a refund request, contact our customer service.

Once the request is submitted, it will be taken over by our operators, who will carry out checks and will provide feedback via e-mail.

We kindly ask you to fill in all the fields in our form. Also, please keep the following information at hand:

1. The email address associated with your account;

2. The date/time and amount of the transaction;

3. If you paid by credit or debit card:

     a) The last four digits of the credit or debit card used
     b) The expiration date of the card

4. If you paid with PayPal:
a) The email address of your PayPal account used for the purchase
5. If you pay with Apple Pay:
a) The email address of your account registered on the site
6. If you pay with Google Pay:
a) The email address of your account registered on the site
7. Reason for your request

This information is essential to enable our operators to process your request as soon as possible.
